  9. UNLESS TERM ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, ALL ORDERS ARE PREPAID WITH
  10. CASH, CHECK, VISA,  MASTER CARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  11. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER CARD.
  12. TERMS INVOICES LEFT UNPAID THIRTY (30) DAYS FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE
  13. WILL BE CONSIDERED PAST DUE.  A PAST DUE INVOICE WILL BE CHARGED $5.00
  14. PLUS 2% PER MONTH INTEREST PLUS RELATED COLLECTION AND LEGAL COSTS.
  15. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS AUTOMATICALLY REVERT TO COD CASH TERMS.
  16. SHIPPING, INSURANCE & HANDLING:
  17. ACTUAL COST OF U.P.S. GROUND SHIP, INSURANCE & HANDLING.
  18. C.O.D. ORDERS ARE CHARGED THE U.P.S. C.O.D. RATE.
  19. OTHER REQUESTED SHIPPING, SUCH AS U.P.S. AIR, FEDEX OR U.S. MAIL
  20. IS CHARGED THE ACTUAL COSTS.
  21. BACKORDERS:
  22. BACKORDERS RECEIVE SAME TERMS & DISCOUNTS AS THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
  23. EACH B/O WILL INCUR SHIPPING COSTS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
  24. LOST OR DAMAGED:
  25. PLEASE INSPECT PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
  26. REPORT ANY PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS OR SOONER TO THE CARRIER
  27. AND TO US. THE RECIPIENT AND THE CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE.
  28. WE WILL HELP TO RESOLVE.

  30. RETURNS:
  31. PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS.
  32. ITEMS RETURNED IN OTHER THAN NEW CONDITION (INCL PACKAGING)
  33. WILL BE REDUCED 10% OR MORE ACCORDING TO THEIR CONDITION UPON RETURN.
  34. WARRANTIES:
  35. JOHN F JENSEN WILL REPLACE DEFECTIVE ITEMS PRIOR TO THEIR USE.
  36. ONCE USED, THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY WILL APPLY.
